I have a tendency to keep things to me and if possible then spread it anonymously. If it was possible I would surely share my problems with someone I don't know instead of a person whom I know because when I share it with someone I know it develops some kind of expectations that are obviously not fulfilled.
I had read it somewhere that our brain is like a computer the more we feed in the slower it becomes so if I have something that is bothering me, I just what's app it to myself. I have pinned my own chat at the top and type it to myself what made me go angry and what irritated me. This has 2 benefits, 1st I have shared my feeling without any rise of expectations and now my mind is free from that thinking.
I know this solution of mine isn't actually perfect but it does give mental peace.
