I don't understand people and their behavior!!!

When I am with them, they are busy in their phones and they are busy chatting others, and when we are distance apart they call me and text me and expect me talk to them and call them back!!!

I mean why are they so confused in what to do and when to do???

Is it only me or someone else also feels it?
