"All you need" is somewhere deep inside you.

If you want abs it's there but it's just covered inside your belly fat. If you want mental peace, it's there all you need to do is meditate and think of the problem then try to solve it.

If you want to progress the answer is within you, just keep in mind you are not here to prove anybody anything. You are here to be better than your own previous version. Whichever religion you belong to there is one thing in mutual that their is after life now it can be in the form of rebirth or scientifically, soul from one body to the other.

We all are aware of "Karma" or many believe in the paradox that says, " History repeats itself ". Can one's history be repeated ??
